Conducts on-site financial and operational audits, including sales, cash, POS, bank, inventory, voucher, petty cash, and stock reconciliations. Monitors for fraud and unauthorized activity, verifies compliance with procedures, validates cash evacuation and asset movements, supports Finance and Internal Audit, and reports variances or suspected misconduct. Also helps maintain POS operations, prepare financial reports, and coordinate fraud-related matters with security agencies.

Sources and evaluates suppliers, obtains quotations, negotiates commercial terms, prepares purchase orders, monitors deliveries, maintains procurement records, supports supplier onboarding and performance evaluation, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and ensures compliance with procurement policies. The role collaborates with Inventory, Retail/F&B, Finance, and other departments while resolving supplier issues and maintaining accurate documentation.
