Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and build candidate pipelines; manage HR administration, onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and compliance; support performance review processes, HR reporting, and cinema site HR activities; maintain HR/ERP data and produce dashboards.

Serve as primary HR contact for cinema sites: conduct site visits, manage payroll inputs, track attendance and headcount, handle employee relations and welfare, support recruitment/onboarding, maintain compliance and reporting, and escalate complex cases to Head of HR.

Lead and oversee film production from content selection through post-production, managing budgets, contracts, sponsorships, co-producers, promotional assets, and cross-functional teams (PR, marketing, finance, distribution). Maintain databases and archives, supervise implementation of marketing plans, and assess financial OPEX/CAPEX to ensure successful title delivery.
