Develops and executes digital and social media strategies for Filmhouse brands, creating and scheduling content across platforms, managing online communities and influencers, coordinating branded creative, and optimizing campaigns. The role tracks performance against KPIs, produces analytics-based reports, researches audience and industry trends, and generates digital marketing ideas to improve engagement, sales, and return on investment.

Manages Filmone’s financial obligations, receivables, payments, accounting postings, employee costs, shared costs, tax compliance, ancillary accounts, and master data. Coordinates financial reporting and serves as process owner for external audits. The role also requires financial analysis, reporting, data accuracy, leadership, and knowledge of accounting software.

Conducts on-site financial and operational audits, including sales, cash, POS, bank, inventory, voucher, petty cash, and stock reconciliations. Monitors for fraud and unauthorized activity, verifies compliance with procedures, validates cash evacuation and asset movements, supports Finance and Internal Audit, and reports variances or suspected misconduct. Also helps maintain POS operations, prepare financial reports, and coordinate fraud-related matters with security agencies.
