Lead community and ambassador strategy across Canada and international markets. Recruit and manage 100+ healthcare professional ambassadors, run product launches, campaigns, events, gifting and UGC programs, report influencer campaign performance (EMV, impressions), execute contracts, and build long-term brand relationships while optimizing processes for the ambassador program.

Partnering with the People team and CPO, this role leads compensation analysis, equity forecasting, workforce planning, benefits administration, compliance, and people analytics. Responsibilities include benchmarking, salary structure governance, headcount and cost modeling, Planful implementation, benefits coordination, audit support, and building executive dashboards to inform talent and business decisions.

Administer and maintain HR systems (ADP, NAVEX, Culture Amp, Workvivo), ensure employee data integrity, support benefits and compliance operations, coordinate integrations and vendor feeds, create SOPs, and drive process improvements to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Support the Paid Social team building and flighting ad campaigns across social platforms, prepare campaign briefs, pull daily reporting and analytics, perform data and competitor analysis, help build presentations, and provide general support for growth and acquisition initiatives.

Serve as the in-store lead at FIGS Century City: deliver exceptional customer service, educate on product, support cash-wrap, maintain inventory and store presentation, assist opening/closing, train and coach staff, act as manager-on-duty, enforce safety and loss-prevention, and support events.

Support TEAMS sales reps with quoting, invoicing, contract entry, CRM cleanup, catalog and pricing maintenance. Produce sales ops reporting, fix CRM/data issues using SQL/Looker, coordinate cross-functionally, and document scalable processes to increase sales efficiency.

Lead FIGS' market entry and growth in Mexico by building local healthcare communities, managing influencer and ambassador programs, executing region-specific campaigns and events, overseeing brand consistency, tracking performance metrics, and partnering with global teams. Act as cultural translator and steward while managing vendors and driving grassroots engagement to deepen brand presence.

Support FIGS ambassador community by managing ambassador initiatives, planning digital and in-person events, maintaining ambassador data, supporting product launch sampling and ordering, creating community-specific social content, assisting Threads charitable partnerships, and collaborating with social, impact, and cross-functional teams on reporting and design needs.

Lead a technical design team to develop garment fit, construction, grading, and tech packs from concept through pre-production. Maintain Centric PLM data, manage vendors and fit sessions, drive quality and testing, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet seasonal GTM timelines.
