FIGS is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Graphic Design to ensure the highest quality of visual content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the creation of all visual content, ensuring alignment with FIGS’ brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to develop and execute creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and approve all design work, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Mentor graphic designers, providing guidance and support.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into the design process.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence.
- Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign).
- Experience with digital and social media design.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $85,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
