The Account Executive at Figma will generate new business, manage relationships with SMB accounts, and drive sales through effective discovery and value-selling techniques.

Own go-to-market strategy, funnels, and lifecycle marketing for Figma Weave. Execute launches, messaging, content, and data-driven optimization to drive activation, conversion, and retention across B2C and B2B.

Partner with strategic customers to run technical discovery, provide hands-on implementation for developer workflows (starting with Make Local), troubleshoot setups, capture product feedback, create deployment assets, and help define and scale Figma's Forward Deployed Engineering operating model and success metrics.

Drive sales within enterprise companies, presenting Figma’s value, managing customer relationships, and enhancing technical sales efforts.

Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and drive long-term platform solutions for CMS/DAM integration with the Figma Editor and ecosystem.

Lead and grow the Japan Solutions Consulting team, participate in customer/prospect meetings, mentor and hire consultants, define technical pre- and post-sales strategy, and build scalable programs to drive customer value and revenue.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for EMEA Business and Go-to-Market teams: source, manage pipelines, partner with stakeholders and executives, use data to shape hiring strategy, drive BEI initiatives, and improve recruiting processes.

The Director of Communications at Figma will redefine corporate communications by creating innovative storytelling strategies and campaigns, leading a team, and collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to enhance Figma's public narrative.
