Partner with strategic customers to run technical discovery, provide hands-on implementation for developer workflows (starting with Make Local), troubleshoot setups, capture product feedback, create deployment assets, and help define and scale Figma's Forward Deployed Engineering operating model and success metrics.

Lead and grow the engineering team for Payload, an open-source CMS and framework. Define strategy, engage community and enterprise customers, provide technical leadership, align roadmap with product and design, hire and mentor engineers, and drive engineering investments to scale the platform and integrations across Figma.

Own and drive Figma's monetization strategy across pricing, packaging, AI credit/consumption models, and business model evolution. Lead a small team, partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM to translate strategy into product and commercial outcomes, define monetization for emerging areas (AI, consumption, APIs, acquisitions), and influence long-term company planning and investment decisions.
