Lead the AI platform powering Figma Make and the Figma agent, owning distributed developer systems, MCP servers, eval infrastructure, and context personalization. Bridge design and production code, improve platform quality and performance, define continuous evals, and grow enterprise adoption by working with customers and cross-functional teams to ship reliable, scalable AI-driven design-to-code experiences.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues for Figma customers across platforms, own end-to-end bug investigation, collaborate with Engineering and Product, communicate with customers via support channels, recommend tooling/process improvements, and contribute to documentation and community support.

Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical, pre-sales solutions that demonstrate Payload within the Figma platform. Lead demos, technical discussions, and solution design; manage IT/security requirements and questionnaires; collaborate with Product and Support to drive secure adoption and influence roadmap. Provide timely technical support to customers and scale technical sales efforts.
