Software engineering interns join collaborative teams to build, test, document, and ship user-facing features, developer tools, infrastructure, or security systems. Interns work with mentors, engineers, product managers, designers, and QA; participate in planning and code reviews; and contribute to projects such as collaboration tools, distributed systems, performance improvements, or security tooling.

Software engineering interns join collaborative Figma teams to build and ship user-facing features, infrastructure, developer tools, security systems, tests, or other projects. Interns collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and QA; participate in planning, documentation, code reviews, and feedback; and complete a meaningful project during the internship.

Data Science Interns will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business questions into data problems, evaluate experiments, develop behavioral and growth models, and build scalable data pipelines and tools. Projects may focus on analytics, experimentation, infrastructure, user behavior, KPI research, and funnel analysis. Strong coding, statistics or data systems knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills are expected.
