Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls and email, qualify potential customers, book meetings for Account Executives, and generate sales pipeline. Build relationships with prospects, identify business needs, communicate product value, manage follow-ups, and contribute to sales growth using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other SaaS sales tools.

Manage a scaled portfolio of 100–250 SaaS customers, helping them adopt features, achieve business outcomes, and realize product value. Lead customer check-ins, provide workflow guidance, monitor usage and health data, support renewals, mitigate churn, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally.

Owns customer retention, renewals, billing conversations, churn-save efforts, escalations, and account follow-up while providing inbound chat, phone, and email support. The role troubleshoots product and workflow issues, supports upgrades and add-ons, coordinates with technical support and billing teams, and contributes to process improvements. It is an in-office SaaS position focused on customer satisfaction, account health, and long-term retention.
