The Director, Investments leads investment deliverables for institutional businesses, focusing on portfolio oversight, asset liability management, strategic asset allocation, and stakeholder coordination, while mentoring team members and driving analytical initiatives.

Lead Agency Services overseeing commissions, contracting, licensing, SLAs, vendor relationships, compliance (including SOX), and process improvements. Develop policies, drive strategic programs (commissions, incentives, debt collections), partner with Sales/Legal/Finance/Compliance, manage audits and controls, and coach teams to meet performance and budget goals.

Lead preparation of statutory and GAAP quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Support internal/external audits, maintain internal controls documentation, leverage Oracle and reporting tools, and drive process improvement and automation.

Provide actuarial support by preparing models, reports, and analyses; assist with reserves, pricing, experience studies, cash flow testing, and ad hoc projects. Communicate findings via charts and presentations, collaborate across teams, and participate in the Actuarial Education Program with exam support and rotations.

The RVP is responsible for expanding market share of F&G's annuity products in Florida, developing relationships with financial professionals, and executing a comprehensive business plan in collaboration with internal teams. Travel is required to meet sales targets and build partnerships.
