Provides hardware, software, network, and application support for Windows and Mac devices. Performs desktop imaging, software deployment, VDI troubleshooting, application updates, testing, documentation, and endpoint security compliance. The Senior Business Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for electronic order entry, data feeds, and eApplication platforms. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions, managing requirements throughout the SDLC, supporting process improvements, troubleshooting defects, coordinating testing with vendors and distributors, and providing user training and support. Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps for 1-2 teams, prioritize and manage the backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, lead cross-functional delivery using Agile/SDLC, assess risks and dependencies, measure product outcomes, manage budget/resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Lead enterprise liquidity, funding, and capital markets strategy; manage banking and investor relationships; monitor liquidity metrics; support cash forecasting, short-term liquidity optimization, and capital committee reporting; develop analytics, dashboards, and process improvements; provide strategic treasury and capital markets decision support.

Drive Data Governance requirements, analyze and validate data, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain Data Governance artifacts using SQL and Informatica tools.

Lead category management and strategic sourcing activities including RFP execution, supplier selection, contract drafting and negotiation (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and licensing), vendor risk evaluation, spend analysis, and implementation support for sourcing platforms to drive cost savings and mitigate risk.

Lead enterprise outsourcing strategy and execution: develop strategy, manage vendor performance, ensure risk/compliance, drive transitions and lifecycle management, align stakeholders, and lead a team to optimize cost and operational outcomes.

Manage monthly investment accounting and reconciliations between subledger and general ledger, prepare journal entries, analyze investment variances, support monthly close and audits, execute internal controls, and drive process improvements and automation for the investment portfolio.

Design, develop, test, document, and support secure external data integrations (APIs, file-based interfaces, ETL) using .NET, Azure, Informatica, and Snowflake. Lead technical delivery, perform impact analysis, provide production support, mentor engineers, and ensure solutions meet security, performance, and governance requirements.

The Director, Investments leads investment deliverables for institutional businesses, focusing on portfolio oversight, asset liability management, strategic asset allocation, and stakeholder coordination, while mentoring team members and driving analytical initiatives.

Lead development and execution of hedging strategies and derivatives trading across interest rate, FX, and credit instruments. Maintain valuation models and decision-support tools, collaborate with quant, IT, actuarial, and risk teams, propose macro trades, support ALM and regulatory requirements, and drive automation and model validation to enhance trading and risk analytics.

Lead preparation of statutory and GAAP quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Support internal/external audits, maintain internal controls documentation, leverage Oracle and reporting tools, and drive process improvement and automation.

Support the Director of Investments in research, asset allocation, portfolio management, reporting automation, and investment operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external asset managers, improve cash management and data processes, detect and correct data errors, assist in CECL allowance calculations, and provide ad-hoc analytical support.
