Manage the agency-wide recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates for exempt, non-exempt, and professional roles. Develop creative recruiting strategies, build candidate relationships, maintain recruitment records, and ensure hiring practices align with agency goals, equal employment requirements, contractual and federal law, compensation, and trauma-informed organizational values.

Supports Head Start eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance activities. Monitors, analyzes, and reports ERSEA data; maintains database integrity; ensures compliance with Head Start and licensing requirements; coordinates with agency staff; and helps improve efficient service delivery to eligible children and families.

Performs accounting, clerical, and administrative duties for the business office. Responsibilities include supporting daily accounting operations, applying US GAAP, using accounting software and Microsoft Office, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role supports the agency’s nonprofit services and requires strong analytical skills, with Spanish fluency desirable.
