Teams at Family Service Association

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, grant and contract compliance, billing reconciliation, cost analysis, and program profitability evaluation for child development centers. Prepares reports for leadership, boards, and funders; monitors expenditures and variances; assists with funding proposals and financial systems improvements; and provides financial guidance to program leaders.

Provides community-based case management, including client enrollment, needs assessments, care planning, service coordination, in-home parenting and family-strengthening programs, follow-up, referrals, outreach, and parent education. Maintains client records, databases, statistics, reports, and funding documentation. Serves clients throughout Riverside County and participates in case reviews, consultations, and staff meetings.

Develops and implements community programs, awareness and action plans supporting families and caregivers. Builds resource networks, removes access barriers, conducts needs assessments, outreach, presentations, workshops and parent education, and provides advocacy and service planning. Monitors program outcomes, budgets and compliance; maintains resource systems and inventories; tracks funding initiatives; prepares reports; and collaborates with service providers, staff and regional partners.
