Manage and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance and talent management, onboarding/terminations, I-9 compliance, employee relations, and HR phone support. Collaborate with operations, support HR projects, represent the company on unemployment claims, and assist in policy development and training.

Conduct client assessments, present and update customized care plans, build and maintain client relationships, oversee caregiver directions and documentation, collaborate with branch leadership on growth and marketing, and identify opportunities to increase billable hours.

Lead Caregivers support clients in daily living activities, providing care, companionship, and assistance with various tasks, often on short notice.
