Manage and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance and talent management, onboarding/terminations, I-9 compliance, employee relations, and HR phone support. Collaborate with operations, support HR projects, represent the company on unemployment claims, and assist in policy development and training.

Oversee and support the setup and integration of new home care branches. Lead branch staff, coordinate training, optimize operations, manage financial and performance goals, monitor KPIs, improve customer and caregiver satisfaction, support talent development, and facilitate collaboration among departments and community partners. The role requires approximately 90% travel to branch and headquarters operations, along with occasional evening and weekend work.

Lead Caregivers support clients in daily living activities, providing care, companionship, and assistance with various tasks, often on short notice.
