Manage administrative operations for the headquarters office while supporting the CEO and executive leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, preparing presentations and reports, managing office supplies and vendors, coordinating travel, supporting executive projects, and handling confidential information. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an in-office environment.

Manage and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance and talent management, onboarding/terminations, I-9 compliance, employee relations, and HR phone support. Collaborate with operations, support HR projects, represent the company on unemployment claims, and assist in policy development and training.

Leads operational excellence across home care branches, aligning teams with strategic goals, improving processes, managing budgets and profitability, and supporting business growth. Oversees client and caregiver satisfaction, recruits and develops talent, strengthens organizational culture, and ensures consistent operational performance. The role requires approximately 75% travel to branches or headquarters operations.
