Lead Caregivers support clients in daily living activities, providing care, companionship, and assistance with various tasks, often on short notice.

The role involves providing care and support to clients in daily living activities such as household chores, meal preparation, personal grooming, companionship, and transportation to appointments.

Manage and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance and talent management, onboarding/terminations, I-9 compliance, employee relations, and HR phone support. Collaborate with operations, support HR projects, represent the company on unemployment claims, and assist in policy development and training.
