Provides trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to homeless Veterans in the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program. Assesses skills and employment barriers, develops service plans, facilitates job placement and training, connects participants with housing and community resources, supports life skills and budgeting, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains landlord and partner relationships, and documents services in HMIS.

Oversees delivery of the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program, including staff supervision, training, case management oversight, crisis response, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, grant reporting, data tracking, partnerships, and continuous program evaluation.

Provides supervised behavioral health treatment for clients with chronic mental health needs and serious mental illness. Conducts risk assessments, psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, discharge planning, and evidence-based trauma-focused therapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Coordinates care with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, caregivers, and community providers, supports referrals and outreach, maintains clinical competencies, and provides primarily in-person services in Uvalde, Texas.

Provides case aide and HMIS administration support for homeless and at-risk clients. Responsibilities include client outreach, screening, interviews, case management assistance, documentation, financial-assistance packets, database maintenance, data-quality audits, compliance reporting, staff technical assistance, and communication with service providers and community stakeholders. The role requires travel to client locations, use of a personal vehicle, and adherence to HUD HMIS standards and organizational policies.

Oversees daily delivery of the Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program, including staff supervision, training, case management oversight, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, crisis response, partnerships, reporting, and performance tracking. Coordinates temporary financial assistance payments to third-party providers, confirms receipt, maintains payment and accounting records, updates client files and HMIS, performs quality assurance audits, reconciles checkbook balances, submits documentation to finance, and communicates with case management and program teams. Requires strong customer service, basic accounting or bookkeeping experience, reliable attendance, a driver’s license, daily vehicle access, and willingness to travel to various locations.

Oversee statewide delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program. Supervise case management and outreach staff, resolve Veteran and provider concerns, monitor budgets and payments, prepare reports, coordinate community outreach, and ensure program quality and compliance. The role requires staff development, networking with Veteran and social service organizations, regular travel across a multi-county region, and responsiveness to operational needs.

Provides individual, couples, family, and child therapy to military-connected clients through telehealth and in-person services. Conducts screenings, biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, documentation, referrals, and evidence-based interventions. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, attends clinical and administrative meetings, and maintains strong client-centered service. Requires licensed clinical practice, regular travel as needed, and daily vehicle access.

The administrative assistant provides customer service, processes information, handles calls, manages room reservations, and supports program enrollments while promoting wellness and holistic care.

Coordinate and process financial assistance payments for Veterans, maintain records, ensure compliance, and provide customer service support.

Lead management accounting and cost analysis for grants and programs, partner with finance leaders to interpret financial results, ensure compliance with GAAP and 12 CFR 200, improve processes, and provide actionable financial insights to program stakeholders.

Process Temporary Financial Assistance payments, maintain payment and client records, prepare Concur reports, upload documentation to Salesforce and HMIS, perform QA audits, data entry, report generation, and provide administrative and customer service support to ensure compliance with HUD/VA and program policies.

Oversee case management, intake, outreach, and shelter monitor staff; provide comprehensive case management and housing stability planning for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Manage quality assurance, reporting, community partnerships, landlord recruitment, crisis management, referrals, and coordination with financial assistance. Maintain client files, document incidents, and ensure program compliance. Provide guidance on safety, food services, and inventory; travel locally and work nights/weekends as needed.

Provide comprehensive case management to veterans and their families at risk of homelessness. Manage financial oversight for Rapid Response and Recovery Services: prepare GAAP financial statements, monthly reporting, budget analysis, invoice tracking, financial models, ensure grant compliance and Uniform Guidance adherence, advise leadership, and support audits and financial monitoring.
