Manage and supervise HVRP program delivery, train and coach staff using trauma-informed approaches, ensure regulatory compliance, track program performance, manage budgets and grants, coordinate partnerships, handle crisis intervention, and produce program reporting for continuous improvement.

Process Temporary Financial Assistance payments, maintain payment and client records, prepare Concur reports, upload documentation to Salesforce and HMIS, perform QA audits, data entry, report generation, and provide administrative and customer service support to ensure compliance with HUD/VA and program policies.

Oversee case management, intake, outreach, and shelter monitor staff; provide comprehensive case management and housing stability planning for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Manage quality assurance, reporting, community partnerships, landlord recruitment, crisis management, referrals, and coordination with financial assistance. Maintain client files, document incidents, and ensure program compliance. Provide guidance on safety, food services, and inventory; travel locally and work nights/weekends as needed.
