Provides case management for CBP employees and families through eligibility screening, needs assessment, wellness planning, referrals, resource coordination, documentation, and service monitoring. Acts as a liaison among clients, clinicians, community partners, and external providers. Reviews invoices, verifies provider credentials, supports access to behavioral health and wellness services, and ensures compliance with program and contractual requirements.

Provides administrative and office support for workforce wellness program staff and CBP clients. Responsibilities include document preparation, calendar and appointment management, records filing, expense and invoice processing, travel coordination, mailbox and phone support, office equipment coordination, and reporting. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, customer service, Microsoft Office proficiency, a driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel.

Provides trauma-informed mental health and substance use treatment through individual, group, and family counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up care. Collaborates with clients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. The role requires an independently licensed clinician with experience serving diverse populations, including adults, children, couples, and families, and may include community outreach, travel, and occasional evening or weekend work.
