Provide trauma-informed individual, group, family, and crisis counseling across programs; complete assessments, treatment plans, EHR documentation, risk monitoring, referrals, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain 65% direct client time and participate in outreach, MDTs, trainings, and occasional evenings/weekends.
