Operate and maintain a Mobile Support Vehicle, manage transportation logistics and maintenance, support client intake and onboarding, operate wellness equipment, maintain records (SharePoint, Concur), ensure regulatory and confidentiality compliance, provide administrative and facility support, and coordinate travel and vendor services.

Provide outreach and intensive case management to chronically homeless Veterans: screen eligibility, develop and update housing/service plans, maintain HMIS records, coordinate services and referrals, accompany Veterans to appointments, and manage a caseload of ~20 Veterans to achieve housing stability.

Process Temporary Financial Assistance payments, maintain payment and client records, prepare Concur reports, upload documentation to Salesforce and HMIS, perform QA audits, data entry, report generation, and provide administrative and customer service support to ensure compliance with HUD/VA and program policies.
