Develop crisis management plans and prepare regular campaign reports.

Make outbound calls and follow up leads to present and sell products/services, update CRM stages and client data, meet sales targets, coordinate with team, handle emergencies, and work flexible hours under pressure.

Lead and develop the sales team through personalized coaching, training programs, and performance tracking. Provide one-on-one and group coaching, identify and develop sales opportunities, and report on team performance to meet individual and team goals.
