Lead and develop the sales team through personalized coaching, training programs, and performance tracking. Provide one-on-one and group coaching, identify and develop sales opportunities, and report on team performance to meet individual and team goals.

Requirements

3. 2-3 years of experience in a sales coaching or training role
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Fluency in English and one or more additional languages is a plus
8. Experience with medical tourism software and systems is a plus
9. Experience with sales CRM systems is a plus
10. Experience with sales performance management tools is a plus

Skills Required
