The Financial Director will lead the company’s financial and accounting activities, partnering with the president on financial strategy and growth decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial statements, compliance, internal controls, financing, debt, and potential acquisitions. The role also supervises a small team, collaborates with external advisors and financial institutions, and improves financial systems and processes.

Performs data entry and maintains documentation for receiving and shipping operations. Updates orders, receipts, and shipment records; verifies accuracy; tracks deliveries; coordinates with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; and ensures transportation documents are complete and compliant. Also supports warehouse and transportation administration and participates in the transition to SAP. The role requires organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Provides technical support to maintenance and operations teams in a port and heavy-equipment environment. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues; researches solutions with manufacturers and suppliers; interprets technical documentation; supports equipment improvements, preventive measures, modifications, commissioning, and technical documentation. Collaborates with mechanics, supervisors, and managers while ensuring safety procedures and standards are followed.

Develop new B2B accounts, identify decision-makers, prospect across strategic transportation markets, reactivate inactive accounts, prepare quotes, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into recurring revenue. The role builds lasting client relationships, collaborates with operations and customer service teams, and covers territories across Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes. It offers remote, hybrid, and field flexibility with performance-based commission and occasional overnight travel.

Provides customer service and telephone support, performs filing and administrative tasks, processes customer payments, and handles related office responsibilities. The permanent, full-time weekday position requires French-English bilingual communication, customer service experience, autonomy, and ideally automotive industry experience.
