The Financial Director will lead the company’s financial and accounting activities, partnering with the president on financial strategy and growth decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing performance, managing budgets, forecasts, cash flow, financial statements, compliance, internal controls, financing, debt, and potential acquisitions. The role also supervises a small team, collaborates with external advisors and financial institutions, and improves financial systems and processes.

Performs data entry and maintains documentation for receiving and shipping operations. Updates orders, receipts, and shipment records; verifies accuracy; tracks deliveries; coordinates with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams; and ensures transportation documents are complete and compliant. Also supports warehouse and transportation administration and participates in the transition to SAP. The role requires organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
