Execute structured and exploratory QA tests for gameplay data-collection software, install and maintain software on personal hardware, reproduce and document bugs, analyze logs, and escalate issues. Validate PC hardware, GPU performance, drivers, and redundant network connectivity to ensure reliable data-collection sessions. Communicate concise technical findings in written English through Slack and triage feedback for client engineering teams.

Coordinate international ocean freight shipments from planning through delivery. Maintain accurate shipment data, ERP records, planning sheets, and shipping documentation; track progress, resolve delays and exceptions, support customs processes, and coordinate with carriers, logistics partners, internal teams, and overseas offices. Contribute to KPI achievement, cost control, and process improvements in a remote international environment.

Maintain daily bookkeeping across AP, AR, payroll, inventory, and multi-channel eCommerce sales. Reconcile payment processors and accounts, manage inventory valuation and COGS, prepare monthly P&L reports, support month-end close, and provide financial analysis for budgeting and forecasting. The role also investigates discrepancies, identifies process improvements, and delivers financial insights to leadership in a remote environment.

Analyze advertising, market, social media, and enquiry-generation data to identify trends, measure ROI, and recommend marketing decisions. Build dashboards and management reports, maintain data quality across CRM and advertising platforms, manage online adverts and social campaigns, support tenant communications, track budgets, and contribute to events, branding, and office setup. Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own end-to-end U.S. air import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery and billing. Proactively resolve exceptions (delays, documentation, customs holds), coordinate with carriers and partners, ensure AMS/ACAS compliance, validate documents and costs, maintain TMS records, and communicate solutions to clients.

Conduct targeted community research across crypto and Web3 platforms, engage founders and community members through value-first outreach, qualify prospects, book discovery calls, track activity in CRM/outreach tools, share market intelligence internally, and hit weekly outreach and qualified-lead targets.

Provide executive-level administrative support: manage multiple inboxes and calendars, handle registrations and renewals, perform research and troubleshooting with recommendations, run discrete projects, build SOPs, and occasionally handle personal admin. Role is admin-focused with growth into strategic support.

Prepare competitive air and sea freight quotations by sourcing carrier rates, computing end-to-end charges, and maintaining pricing. Support sales with commercial recommendations, coordinate with clients and vendors, manage contracts, and ensure accurate, timely quotes that protect margins.

Manage lettings administration end-to-end: prepare tenancy paperwork, coordinate reference checks and move-in logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, list properties on portals, communicate with landlords/tenants, maintain CRM records, and support property managers with maintenance and deposit tracking.

Manage end-to-end ocean import shipments including pre-arrival coordination, customs clearance, Last Free Day monitoring, delivery and trucking arrangements, container return and detention billing, invoice reconciliation, file closure, and proactive customer communication to resolve exceptions and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate full truckload shipments from pickup through delivery, including GPS tracking, carrier and customer communication, shipment scheduling, documentation verification, TMS updates, and troubleshooting ELD or system connections. Maintain carrier relationships, ensure accurate transportation records, meet operational KPIs, support cargo collection and delivery, and assist transportation leadership with administrative duties. The role is fully remote, operates overnight, and includes weekend rotations as needed.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and banking in Xero, prepare draft monthly UK management accounts and variance analysis, handle UK VAT returns, and perform balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations for a UK client.
