Coordinate international ocean freight shipments from intake and booking through departure and transit monitoring. Manage shipment details, approvals, documentation, cutoffs, system updates, tracking, costing, and exception escalation. Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to maintain schedules and accurate records. The role requires freight forwarding or logistics experience, ocean freight expertise, familiarity with shipment management systems, strong attention to detail, and reliable work-from-home connectivity.

Provides administrative and operational support for international freight forwarding. Responsibilities include monitoring inboxes, registering jobs, creating shipments and consoles in CargoWise, managing shipment documentation, following up on customs holds and releases, coordinating missing information, updating records, and ensuring accurate, timely processing of assigned jobs.

Provides administrative and documentation support for truckload operations by entering shipment orders in CargoWise, monitoring carrier communications, updating milestones, uploading rate confirmations and PODs, maintaining tracking spreadsheets, reviewing records for accuracy, and coordinating missing information with internal operations teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, written English communication, organization, and comfort with repetitive shipment administration in a remote environment.
