Conduct inbound and outbound prospecting for B2B SaaS clients through calls, emails, account research, lead generation, and CRM management. Identify decision-makers, understand customer needs, maintain prospect databases, deliver online demonstrations, and coordinate with clients on feedback and knowledge transfer.

Handles international client communication, invoice preparation, billing documentation, payment follow-ups, and responses to billing-related queries. Maintains accurate invoice and communication records, coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues, and supports timely collections. The role requires strong English communication, professional email writing, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and adherence to defined processes. It is a full-time, on-site position in Koramangala, Bangalore, with a five-day work week.

Manage end-to-end backend finance operations including invoicing, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, vendor and payment management, procurement support, client onboarding documentation, and preparation of financial/MIS reports while coordinating with internal teams.

Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Create engaging content, run LinkedIn advertising, target relevant groups, analyze campaign performance, coordinate with design/content teams, and drive website and social media traffic.

Manage media strategy and relations to raise brand visibility for global B2B events. Write press releases, secure media partnerships, promote events with marketing, monitor coverage, and provide analytics-driven PR recommendations.

Manage end-to-end production of industry conferences: research and validate markets, develop agendas, recruit and manage speakers, coordinate marketing and on-site execution, and perform post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder ROI.

Sell sponsorship packages for international conferences across EMEA & APAC by prospecting sponsors, managing full sales cycle, conducting market research, nurturing client relationships, converting inbound leads, and meeting monthly revenue targets.

Sell delegate attendance for B2B live and digital events across EMEA & APAC by building relationships with C-level and senior decision makers, generating new business, managing negotiations, using CRM databases, and collaborating with the sales team to meet event targets.

Support daily IT operations by maintaining servers, systems, and network infrastructure; monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, install and update hardware/software, ensure backups and data security, and provide technical support and coordination with internal teams while working with senior IT staff.
