Manages full-cycle recruitment for corporate and professional roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and pre-employment activities. Partners with hiring managers, builds active and passive candidate pipelines, maintains ATS records, monitors recruiting metrics, improves processes, supports onboarding, and ensures compliance with employment laws. The role is full-time and on-site in Raleigh with limited travel under 10%.

Creates branded print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, email designs, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements. Manages Canva templates and brand assets while supporting social media strategy, email campaigns, copywriting, proofreading, and content development. Monitors campaign performance, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver multiple creative projects on deadline.

Lead MRO sales and business development by building customer/vendor relationships, managing contracts and change orders, preparing RFPs, directing marketing strategy, developing partnerships, and presenting opportunities to executives to grow revenue.

Directs accounting operations, financial reporting, SEC compliance, technical accounting, internal controls, SOX readiness, treasury support, and audit coordination. Partners with executive finance leaders on budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, investor materials, M&A, and segment profitability. Oversees accounting policies, reconciliations, and reporting across aviation business units while developing a high-performing finance team.

Drive external MRO sales across an assigned aviation territory, prospecting and closing third-party customers including aircraft owners, operators, management companies, and FBOs. Manage customer relationships, pricing agreements, quotes, forecasts, and contracts while coordinating with maintenance and operations teams. The role is remote but requires approximately 75% regional travel, frequent field visits, and industry event participation.

The Second In Command assists the Pilot-in-Command in safe and efficient flight operations, adheres to regulations, maintains professionalism, and addresses passenger needs. Responsibilities include preparing aircraft for flights, ensuring safety protocols, and conducting briefings.

The First Officer assists the PIC during flights, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, conducting passenger briefings, and supporting customer service.

Own financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. Build automated reporting and forecasting tools using AI and scripting, support monthly close, budget and variance analysis, partner with CFO and business leaders, perform quantitative financial modeling, and document solutions for broader team adoption.
