Assist the PIC with safe, efficient flight operations, regulatory compliance, passenger briefings, luggage handling, and customer service. Maintain required medical certification, licenses, ratings, and international travel authorizations. The role requires 100% travel while on rotation, work in demanding aircraft and outdoor environments, and compliance with FAA drug testing and background-check requirements.

Serves as Second in Command for domestic Part 135 business aviation flights. Supports the Pilot-in-Command with safe and efficient aircraft operations, regulatory compliance, crew coordination, passenger service, briefings, and luggage assistance. Requires maintaining FAA medical certification, completing documentation, adhering to company procedures, and working safely in demanding travel and aircraft environments. The role requires 100% travel while on rotation and compliance with FAA testing and background-check requirements.

Drive external MRO sales across an assigned aviation territory, prospecting and closing third-party customers including aircraft owners, operators, management companies, and FBOs. Manage customer relationships, pricing agreements, quotes, forecasts, and contracts while coordinating with maintenance and operations teams. The role is remote but requires approximately 75% regional travel, frequent field visits, and industry event participation.

Coordinates aircraft, maintenance, crew, and flight schedules to maximize fleet availability, utilization, and operational efficiency. The role designs and recovers flight schedules, manages aircraft downtime and AOG responses, coordinates crew logistics, supports client and sales needs, and facilitates cross-functional decisions during irregular operations. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, Excel proficiency, flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and occasional travel.

The Second In Command assists the Pilot-in-Command in safe and efficient flight operations, adheres to regulations, maintains professionalism, and addresses passenger needs. Responsibilities include preparing aircraft for flights, ensuring safety protocols, and conducting briefings.

The First Officer assists the PIC during flights, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, conducting passenger briefings, and supporting customer service.

FAA-designated Accountable Manager responsible for Part 145 Repair Station safety, regulatory compliance, and operations. Oversees maintenance managers and technicians, ensures staffing, training, tooling, facilities, and documentation meet FAR Part 145 and Repair Station Manual requirements. Serves as FAA liaison, enforces corrective actions, manages mobile AOG units and line services, and maintains customer communication and quality standards.

Own financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis. Build automated reporting and forecasting tools using AI and scripting, support monthly close, budget and variance analysis, partner with CFO and business leaders, perform quantitative financial modeling, and document solutions for broader team adoption.
