Research and evaluate antiques, artwork, collectibles, and estate-sale items for online auction listings. Create accurate, concise, historically informed descriptions; assess value; organize items into saleable groupings; tag attributes; coordinate with photographers; apply legal disclaimers; reduce listing errors and returns; and collaborate with editing and operations teams to meet production goals.

Evaluate, research, and process watches for sale through EBTH’s jewelry department. Responsibilities include writing accurate item descriptions, identifying vintage and high-end watches, using measuring tools, minimizing returns, meeting production schedules, maintaining quality standards, collaborating with internal teams and external watch experts, and supporting related sorting and evaluation tasks.

Monitor high-volume B2C card transactions for fraud, card testing, and account takeovers. Manage chargeback disputes, prepare representment evidence, reconcile settlements, investigate declines, analyze DSO, and track receivables. Build BI dashboards covering approval rates, fraud losses, dispute outcomes, and processor fees. Collaborate with Customer Support and IT on escalations, payment security, compliance, and process improvements.

Receive and process high volumes of inventory at a warehouse-based drop-off center. Serve delivery drivers and seller clients, maintain organized receiving areas, manually sort and inspect packages, scan shipments, enter inventory data, and collaborate with warehouse staff to meet performance goals. The role requires frequent lifting of 50+ pounds, prolonged standing, flexible availability, and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Leads EBTH’s Business Development organization by mentoring managers, shaping strategy and budgets, selling consignment and estate sale services, generating leads, managing pipelines, and expanding referral relationships. Partners with operations teams to improve seller experiences and profitability, monitors auction results, identifies market opportunities, and represents the company at events and meetings. The role requires extensive B2B sales leadership, marketplace knowledge, Salesforce proficiency, and travel between markets.
