Lead and scale Cincinnati-based operations and processing teams, optimizing cataloging, photography, merchandising, jewelry authentication, security, and facilities. Define operational strategy, organizational design, policies, budgets, and KPIs. Partner with Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Finance; use Looker and Salesforce for analytics and executive reporting. Hire, mentor, and evaluate management-level staff while enforcing risk mitigation and physical security.

Research, identify, and write accurate, concise listings for high-end consignment and estate decor. Tag attributes, assess value, assemble lots, coordinate with photographers, ensure legal disclaimers, reduce returns through correct identification, and meet production KPIs.

The Fractional General Counsel will advise on corporate governance, manage legal risks, oversee compliance, and draft commercial contracts while providing strategic legal guidance.
