Process and stage customer pickup orders: pull items, scan barcodes, inspect for damage, handle returns/errors, package orders, maintain a clean and safe warehouse pickup area, and communicate with team members.

Unpack, inspect, count, and process incoming shipments; update inventory and cycle counts; prepare labels, invoices, and bills of lading; coordinate carriers; pack and ship outgoing items; maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

Manage inbound lead flow and sales inquiries across phone, email, and web. Qualify and follow up leads, maintain CRM, dispatch on-site consultations, perform administrative tasks, support sales pipeline and reporting, and work with the Director of Sales to drive monthly bookings. Must provide excellent client service and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
