Supports accounting for eToro’s regulated US entities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, tax reporting, treasury, accounts payable, audits, and digital asset accounting. The role partners with finance teams, improves processes through automation and AI-enabled tools, and supports crypto, MSB, and broker-dealer operations.

Own and improve the CASS risk and control framework within a UK-regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include overseeing client money and custody reconciliations, investigating breaks and breaches, managing third-party due diligence, tracking remediation, producing management information, supporting audits, and applying data, automation, and AI to strengthen controls and governance.

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to onboard prospective customers, follow up on leads, understand customer needs, explain financial products, verify accounts, and build client relationships. Maintain accurate CRM records, handle high call volumes, address objections, and achieve individual and team sales and service KPIs.

Manage and grow Spanish-speaking client accounts through acquisition, retention, activation, deposits, and trading engagement. Serve as the primary client contact, provide non-advisory platform education, coordinate support, gather feedback, and guide product adoption. The role requires native Spanish, strong English, client-facing experience, sales orientation, excellent communication, adaptability, and comfort using AI tools. Knowledge of financial markets, investing, or cryptocurrency is advantageous. Full-time hybrid position in Israel.

Handle member enquiries through email, chat, and phone across superannuation, investment, and trading products. Resolve account, transaction, identity verification, and operational issues; manage complaints; maintain financial-services compliance; escalate complex matters; and use member feedback and AI tools to improve support and operations.

Lead user acquisition and growth across the GCC by scaling affiliate, IB, and influencer ecosystems; build revenue-driven partnerships with financial institutions; manage partner relationships and optimize ROI through performance analysis.

Lead crypto product strategy and execution across custody, transfers, wallets, and core infrastructure. Define roadmaps, run data-driven experiments, collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and vendors, ensure secure production of money-moving features, and use AI tools to accelerate work while staying current on crypto networks and regulations.

Support trading lifecycle by reconciling trades and positions, monitoring exposures against risk frameworks, analyzing trading performance, operating post-trade and settlement processes, liaising with liquidity providers, and collaborating with traders, risk, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient trading operations.

Support tax reporting and withholding processes, prepare and validate tax forms (e.g., 1099, 1042-S), manage tax report queues, handle customer tax inquiries, assist with crypto tax implications, and contribute to SOPs and cross-team coordination.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines. Integrate LLMs with backend services and internal systems, develop embeddings and retrieval, implement tool-calling and agentic workflows, optimize for scalability and cost, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to embed AI into operational workflows.

Monitor and analyze customer transactions to detect potential money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Investigate and document alerts, escalate high-risk cases, prepare suspicious activity reports, and ensure AML/KYC/CTF compliance. Maintain and optimize transaction monitoring systems and records to be audit-ready, and recommend improvements while participating in ongoing AML training.

Provide local and remote IT support: diagnose and resolve connectivity, server (VM/cloud), VPN, email and OS issues; manage users and permissions (AD, Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, G Suite); script automation (PowerShell/JSON/Jenkins); monitor incidents and SLAs; document procedures; collaborate with vendors and global teams; leverage AI tools to streamline support.

Provide commercial legal advice across fintech, trading and financial services matters; draft and negotiate trading documentation, commercial agreements, and cross-border transactions; advise on EU/UK regulation, privacy and data protection; manage complex cross-border projects and collaborate with local counsel.

Lead identification, design, and implementation of AI-driven operational solutions. Translate business needs into AI use cases, define requirements, support implementation, monitor KPIs, conduct impact assessments, and drive adoption across Operations and cross-functional teams.

Design and build AI-first internal platforms and developer tools, set AI-assisted development standards, collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI, prototype and productionize solutions, implement end-to-end automation, and maintain evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for reliable AI systems.

Lead cross-organizational DevOps projects, define and enforce DevOps best practices, design and operate scalable resilient infrastructure, manage Kubernetes multi-cluster lifecycles, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, and work with R&D to improve service reliability, scalability, and performance.

Manage and grow relationships with Dutch-speaking clients on the Nordic desk. Provide multi-channel support, identify client needs, recommend solutions, handle complex inquiries, promote products, and contribute to team and business objectives.

Manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing and operational campaigns: concept, setup, localization, QA, delivery, performance analysis and reporting. Build and deploy email/notification campaigns in SFMC using HTML/CSS. Use in-house AI tools (Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, n8n) to generate concepts, segmentation, and code. Collaborate cross-functionally and optimize processes.
