Perform day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable, cash and bank reconciliations, employee reimbursements, assist month-end close, and prepare authority reports.

Provide frontline support to Spaceship members across email, chat, and phone; resolve account issues (deposits, withdrawals, verifications), manage complaints, escalate to compliance, use product knowledge and AI tools to deliver accurate, compliant responses, and feed member insights into product improvements.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and RAG pipelines. Integrate LLMs with backend services and internal systems, develop embeddings and retrieval, implement tool-calling and agentic workflows, optimize for scalability and cost, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to embed AI into operational workflows.
