Supports accounting for eToro’s regulated US entities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, tax reporting, treasury, accounts payable, audits, and digital asset accounting. The role partners with finance teams, improves processes through automation and AI-enabled tools, and supports crypto, MSB, and broker-dealer operations.

Own and improve the CASS risk and control framework within a UK-regulated financial services environment. Responsibilities include overseeing client money and custody reconciliations, investigating breaks and breaches, managing third-party due diligence, tracking remediation, producing management information, supporting audits, and applying data, automation, and AI to strengthen controls and governance.

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to onboard prospective customers, follow up on leads, understand customer needs, explain financial products, verify accounts, and build client relationships. Maintain accurate CRM records, handle high call volumes, address objections, and achieve individual and team sales and service KPIs.
