Coordinates environmental, health, and safety programs, compliance activities, inspections, audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, training, documentation, and regulatory reporting. Partners with operational leaders to improve safety performance, lead corrective actions, support emergency preparedness, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Provides front-desk and administrative support for a manufacturing facility, including greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and reports, maintaining records and databases, processing mail and deliveries, and supporting plant leadership and office operations.

Set up and operate CNC milling machine centers, load materials, interpret blueprints, run test cycles, make machine adjustments, inspect finished parts, and perform daily equipment maintenance. The role requires precision measurement, mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, overhead crane operation, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Develop and maintain production and resource schedules in Epicor ERP to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor ERP data integrity, track lead times, provide order status, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing flow and resource utilization.

Analyze and improve production processes to boost quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Lead continuous improvement, capacity planning, and manufacturing data management. Recommend and support capital investments, ensure contract quality compliance, and develop CNC programs using manual and software-based tools. Collaborate cross-functionally to align industrial engineering and quality systems.

Lead and manage Tool Room, Tool Service, and Punch Departments. Supervise and develop staff, oversee tooling maintenance and new tooling development, improve tooling quality and reliability, manage inventories and budgets, collaborate with production to troubleshoot tooling issues, and drive continuous improvement and standardization.

Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to boost profitability and quality. Recommend and implement capital, tooling, and process changes. Maintain production routings, work standards, and capacity planning data. Ensure contract quality compliance and coordinate quality practices across departments. Create CNC programs manually and with programming/nesting software. Support cross-functional manufacturing initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Develop, manage, and enforce EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe manufacturing workplace. Lead training, emergency response, regulated waste management, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce hazards and improve safety culture.

Operate metalworking machines and hand tools to fabricate, assemble, wire, and weld steel components per blueprints. Set up jigs/fixtures, inspect welds, perform rework, and support production and safety goals.
