Conducts customer visits, plant tours, presentations, and technical discussions while partnering with sales, operations, engineering, and leadership. Analyzes market trends, forecasts opportunities, gathers competitive intelligence, and delivers profitable revenue and market-share growth.

Manage sales growth across a six-state Midwest South territory by developing dealer relationships, identifying new business, executing territory sales strategies, conducting product demonstrations, supporting dealer training, analyzing markets and competitors, and reporting results to management. The role requires regular regional travel, participation in dealer meetings and industry events, and independent management of sales activities for road construction and maintenance equipment.

Leads mechanical product design and new product development from concept through production. Creates CAD models, assemblies, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing documentation; performs calculations, testing, and validation; supports cost reduction, quality, manufacturability, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with manufacturing, sales, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues, improve field performance, manage development projects, and mentor engineering staff.
