Validates Salesforce Data Cloud integrations, monitors data quality, investigates discrepancies, analyzes customer behavior and campaign performance, and translates complex data into actionable recommendations. Partners with IT and business stakeholders, defines reporting standards and KPIs, supports predictive analytics initiatives, and trains users on reporting tools.

Leads a design center team by managing, developing, training, and motivating design associates. Partners with managers and designers to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, design consultant effectiveness, and project execution. Reviews design projects using residential interior design, color, and space-planning expertise. Requires strong communication, organization, leadership, technology, sales, and customer-service skills, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
