Lead and coach a field sales team while performing outside sales activities across the U.S. Oversee pipeline, CRM accuracy, deal strategy, and operational processes. Travel extensively to support customers, attend trade shows, and develop new business.

Leads daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and internal controls. Supervises and mentors accounting staff, partners with the CFO, improves processes, and supports administrative functions. Requires strong financial-management expertise, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with QuickBooks and certified payroll reporting.

Sell EST products and services to government and industrial customers across the Eastern U.S. Develop new business and support existing accounts via on-site visits, demonstrations, and briefings. Assess customer needs, coordinate proposals with vendors and internal teams, manage pipeline in Zoho CRM, report to Sales Manager, and travel locally with occasional overnight trips. Perform physical tasks including lifting and outdoor work under varying conditions.
