Designs, delivers, and improves company-wide training programs focused on employee performance, technical skills, safety, new hires, process changes, and technology rollouts. Leads technical trainers, develops instructional content, maintains training records and skill matrices, evaluates program effectiveness, supports compliance, and partners with departments and external providers. Requires 3–5 years of instructional content development and program management experience in an industrial or equipment-based environment, with travel up to 25%.

Manages EST’s federal procurement channel strategy, including relationships with prime contractors, GSA contract holders, and IDIQ participants. Identifies contract opportunities, develops compliant strategies, audits submissions, tracks performance, and supports sales execution under FAR and DFARS requirements. The role also trains internal teams, represents the company at industry events, evaluates suppliers, prepares reports, and travels approximately 10% throughout the United States.

Supervise supply chain and warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, purchasing, vendor coordination, order processing, shipping and receiving, KPI reporting, and process improvement. Lead and train warehouse personnel, support field service teams, oversee cleaning-product repackaging and production, maintain safety standards, and assist with deliveries, vehicle outfitting, and equipment logistics. The role requires hands-on warehouse leadership, forklift operation, customer order support, and 20–30% travel.

Lead and coach a field sales team while performing outside sales activities across the U.S. Oversee pipeline, CRM accuracy, deal strategy, and operational processes. Travel extensively to support customers, attend trade shows, and develop new business.

Leads daily accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and internal controls. Supervises and mentors accounting staff, partners with the CFO, improves processes, and supports administrative functions. Requires strong financial-management expertise, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with QuickBooks and certified payroll reporting.

Sell EST products and services to government and industrial customers across the Eastern U.S. Develop new business and support existing accounts via on-site visits, demonstrations, and briefings. Assess customer needs, coordinate proposals with vendors and internal teams, manage pipeline in Zoho CRM, report to Sales Manager, and travel locally with occasional overnight trips. Perform physical tasks including lifting and outdoor work under varying conditions.
