Develops and leads high-temperature thin-film extrusion technology for magnet wire insulation. Responsibilities include investigating and modifying processes, collaborating with R&D chemists on new materials, developing products and processes, evaluating prototype equipment, supporting equipment installation and startup, training personnel, launching products, and improving quality, efficiency, and cost.

Process biweekly and monthly payroll for multiple employee groups, validate time and earnings data, administer deductions and garnishments, reconcile payroll taxes, conduct audits, maintain records, and resolve employee payroll inquiries. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and operational teams. It also supports reporting, month-end activities, special projects, and payroll system issue resolution.

Provides in-house corporate and commercial legal support across global operations, including financing, M&A, contracts, intercompany matters, real estate transactions, governance, compliance, and outside counsel management. Serves as lead counsel for a construction-related subsidiary, advises business leaders, drafts and negotiates legal documents, supports board and shareholder meetings, and manages legal risk. Requires strong judgment, research, communication, drafting, and relationship-building skills.

Manages the enterprise AI portfolio and coordinates use-case intake, prioritization, governance, reporting, and value realization. Supports the design, integration, deployment, and secure adoption of AI and LLM solutions.
