Design, implement, commission, and maintain automated magnet wire production equipment. Develop electrical schematics, PLC programs, SCADA integrations (Ignition), industrial networks, and machine vision improvements. Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Lead hands-on R&D process engineering for magnet wire products: design process setups and tooling, develop simulation models, collect and analyze production data, support prototype equipment evaluation, create documentation and training, and collaborate with global teams to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.

Provide recruiting support and manage ATS data, coordinate onboarding, deliver day-to-day HR operations, assist with employee relations, benefits, performance management, reporting, and HR program support to ensure a positive employee experience.

Manage and direct quality assurance and control programs to ensure conformance to internal processes, customer requirements, ISO and IATF 16949 standards. Lead manufacturing operations and a team of supervisors for 60–80 employees, driving safety, quality, productivity, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Oversee hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, and cross-functional problem resolution to meet production schedules, cost, and customer requirements.

Lead and improve the plant Quality Management System to meet ISO/IATF and customer requirements. Oversee audits, manage customer and supplier quality, drive continuous improvement, support PPAP and new product launches, analyze quality data, and lead the Quality team.

Support and improve manufacturing operations by analyzing processes, implementing equipment and process changes, reducing waste and downtime, conducting root-cause analysis, developing documentation, and promoting Lean continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Operate enamel ovens and wire-draw machines to produce aluminum and copper magnet wire. Perform setup, troubleshooting, quality checks, basket welds, data entry, paperwork, housekeeping, and operate forklifts/cranes. Maintain quench water, follow changeover procedures, and adhere to safety and PPE requirements.

Handle shipping and receiving tasks: verify part numbers/quantities, prepare documentation, load/unload trucks (including tankers), operate forklifts and spotter trucks, perform data entry, maintain organized storage, and comply with DOT, Hazmat, OSHA, and quality standards.

Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for manufacturing equipment. Perform electrical design, PLC programming, system integration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and documentation. Support new equipment launches, vendor selection, and cross-functional collaboration to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Operate and set up continuous enameling ovens for aluminum and copper magnet wire production. Run, clean, and maintain equipment; inspect and repair defects (brazing knots); reject defective material; record data and maintain housekeeping and hazardous waste segregation. Use computerized equipment and Microsoft Office for data collection and reporting.

Lead design, implementation, and administration of payroll, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee benefits renewals and vendor relationships, produce analytics and reporting, and mentor payroll/benefits team while driving process improvements.

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function, enforce quality systems and procedures, oversee audits and corrective actions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product/process compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Manage and coordinate electrical construction and engineering for large industrial projects. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, field installation, code compliance, safety, BIM/AutoCAD coordination, inspections, troubleshooting, team leadership, client communication, and project closeout for mission-critical facilities such as semiconductor fabs, data centers, and EV battery plants.

Support plant accounting and financial reporting including daily operational reports, inventory cycle counts, month-end close, accounts payable routing, product costing, audit support, and continuous improvement of reporting and processes.
