Inspects product quality, completes corrective actions, follows manufacturing instructions, maintains safety and environmental compliance, performs housekeeping, completes required paperwork, and assists with training new associates.

Provides in-house corporate and commercial legal support across global operations, including financing, M&A, contracts, intercompany matters, real estate transactions, governance, compliance, and outside counsel management. Serves as lead counsel for a construction-related subsidiary, advises business leaders, drafts and negotiates legal documents, supports board and shareholder meetings, and manages legal risk. Requires strong judgment, research, communication, drafting, and relationship-building skills.

Lead and improve the plant Quality Management System to meet ISO/IATF and customer requirements. Oversee audits, manage customer and supplier quality, drive continuous improvement, support PPAP and new product launches, analyze quality data, and lead the Quality team.

Support and improve manufacturing operations by analyzing processes, implementing equipment and process changes, reducing waste and downtime, conducting root-cause analysis, developing documentation, and promoting Lean continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for manufacturing equipment. Lead the site's Quality Department and maintain ISO 9001 QMS. Drive continuous improvement, lead 8D root-cause investigations, analyze quality data with Minitab, manage audits and customer complaints, develop quality metrics, and supervise the quality team while partnering with Operations and Engineering to improve manufacturing quality.

Support plant accounting and financial reporting including daily operational reports, inventory cycle counts, month-end close, accounts payable routing, product costing, audit support, and continuous improvement of reporting and processes.

Lead plant accounting including month-end close, reconciliations, cost and variance analysis, inventory valuation, budgeting and forecasting. Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, support audits, provide financial insights to plant leadership, manage and develop the accounting team, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.

Supervise production staff on rotating 12-hour shifts to optimize throughput, quality and safety. Implement 5S, troubleshoot process issues, train and coach employees, communicate shift changes, monitor performance boards, manage conduct per HR policy, and support continuous improvement and process change initiatives.

Design, implement, commission, and maintain automated magnet wire production equipment. Develop electrical schematics, PLC programs, SCADA integrations (Ignition), industrial networks, and machine vision improvements. Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement and safety compliance.
