Support and improve manufacturing operations through process optimization, equipment modifications, and continuous improvement. Optimize processes, enforce 5S and safety standards, train and coach employees, monitor performance boards, manage shift activities, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and coordinate with management and support groups.

Lead design, governance, and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise network architectures across LAN/WAN/cloud. Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, oversee vendor selection, ensure high availability and security, drive automation and IaC, support VoIP/unified communications, and contribute to budgeting, compliance, and disaster recovery plans.

Operate and set up continuous enameling ovens for aluminum and copper magnet wire production. Run, clean, and maintain equipment; inspect and repair defects (brazing knots); reject defective material; record data and maintain housekeeping and hazardous waste segregation. Use computerized equipment and Microsoft Office for data collection and reporting.

Operate and set up enameling lines/ovens on a 12-hour night shift, ensuring safe, efficient production and product quality. Monitor and adjust machine processes, perform startups, changeovers and welds, manage payoff and take-up areas, comply with safety and environmental policies, complete required paperwork, and assist in training new associates.

Design, document, and improve manufacturing processes to increase throughput, OEE, and quality. Lead equipment and process improvements, conduct process capability studies using statistical tools, manage projects end-to-end, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, scrap, and GRRs.

Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for multiple employee groups, ensure regulatory compliance, validate time and earnings, administer deductions and garnishments, prepare tax filings, perform audits, resolve payroll discrepancies, maintain records, and collaborate with HR and Finance on reporting and special projects.

Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function, enforce quality systems and procedures, oversee audits and corrective actions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product/process compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Perform routine bookkeeping and data entry to accurately process and document financial transactions, reconcile invoices, maintain records, support month-end/quarter-end tasks, ensure compliance with company policies, and use Excel and accounting platforms (QuickBooks/Xero) to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Handle shipping and receiving tasks: verify part numbers/quantities, prepare documentation, load/unload trucks (including tankers), operate forklifts and spotter trucks, perform data entry, maintain organized storage, and comply with DOT, Hazmat, OSHA, and quality standards.

Operate enamel ovens and wire-draw machines to produce aluminum and copper magnet wire. Perform setup, troubleshooting, quality checks, basket welds, data entry, paperwork, housekeeping, and operate forklifts/cranes. Maintain quench water, follow changeover procedures, and adhere to safety and PPE requirements.
