Design, implement, commission, and maintain automated magnet wire production equipment. Develop electrical schematics, PLC programs, SCADA integrations (Ignition), industrial networks, and machine vision improvements. Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Operate and set up enameling lines/ovens on 12-hour night shifts (8pm-8am). Maintain safety, environmental compliance, and product quality. Monitor machine processes, perform start-ups, changeovers and welds, manage payoff/take-up areas, pack reels to spec, complete paperwork, and assist in training new associates.
