Employees work Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday overtime in a clean manufacturing environment.

Designs mechanical systems and sheet metal components for environmental test chambers. Creates basic parts, assemblies, flat patterns, concept drawings, and engineering documentation using Inventor and AutoCAD. Releases custom chamber modifications, maintains bill of material structures, follows engineering procedures and ISO standards, and applies design-for-manufacturing principles. Works under supervision, collaborates with production and engineering teams, solves practical problems, and maintains regular physical attendance.

Designs and develops electrical systems, schematics, panel layouts, assemblies, and drawings for environmental test chambers. The role modifies standard chamber designs, processes engineering change notices, performs basic electrical calculations, follows ISO and internal engineering standards, and creates cost-effective, manufacturable solutions. Works under supervision while collaborating with engineers, technicians, project managers, vendors, and production personnel.

Assembles environmental test chamber components by mounting and wiring assemblies, reading electrical schematics and construction drawings, calculating box and conduit fill, cutting wire, and using hand and power tools. The role involves ladder work, lifting up to 50 pounds, maintaining a clean work area, following safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and potentially performing brazing after training. A high school diploma or GED and electrical wiring experience are required; industrial manufacturing experience is preferred.

Builds heaters, mounts and lays out electrical components, reads schematics, follows parts lists and job routings, and uses hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Maintains a clean work area and performs routine duties while adhering to company principles. Requires regular physical attendance, ability to read a tape measure, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Supports the organization’s responsible adoption of AI by administering approved platforms, developing prompts and automations, integrating AI with business systems, testing outputs, and providing technical support and training. The role also assists with AI governance, security, privacy, documentation, vendor coordination, risk assessments, user adoption, and process-improvement initiatives involving Microsoft 365, automation, data, and business applications.

Administers and supports ERP systems by maintaining databases, user access, workflows, reports, system controls, integrations, and security. Troubleshoots issues, gathers requirements, designs and tests system enhancements, supports ERP projects, trains users, and improves business processes. The role collaborates with IT and cross-functional stakeholders, monitors system performance and usage, and provides ongoing post-implementation support. Previous NetSuite experience and travel between Michigan and Colorado are preferred or required as specified.

Designs and releases electrical schematics, panels, and custom heater assemblies for environmental test chambers using AutoCAD Electrical. Implements NEC and UL508A standards, programs and troubleshoots PLC/HMI and PID controllers, performs electrical calculations, supports production/service, writes manuals, and processes Engineering Change Notices while following ISO procedures.

Manage and grow East Coast sales territory to meet regional revenue goals. Oversee and support sales representatives, prepare forecasts, maintain customer database, represent the company to customers, manage travel and expenses, provide product knowledge, organize regional events, and perform other duties as assigned. Extensive travel expected.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles: source, screen, interview, coordinate hiring, extend offers, maintain ATS records, support hiring managers, represent employer at recruiting events, and assist onboarding and recruiting operations.
