Serve as technical point of contact for custom environmental chamber projects, manage 2–3 projects with senior mentorship, perform design calculations, read electrical schematics, support production troubleshooting, learn refrigeration and PID control principles, ensure ISO compliance, and participate in customer and design reviews.

Manage and grow East Coast sales territory to meet regional revenue goals. Oversee and support sales representatives, prepare forecasts, maintain customer database, represent the company to customers, manage travel and expenses, provide product knowledge, organize regional events, and perform other duties as assigned. Extensive travel expected.

Perform final assembly of environmental test chambers using hand tools, bend/run conduit, cut wire, perform basic pipe insulation and cleanup. Follow safety procedures (LOTO), attend regularly, and complete other routine tasks; some brazing after on-site training.

Lead a customer success team to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and account growth. Oversee post-sales support, monitor CSAT/NPS/product adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, resolve escalations, and report insights to leadership to improve customer outcomes.

Designs and releases electrical schematics, panels, and custom heater assemblies for environmental test chambers using AutoCAD Electrical. Implements NEC and UL508A standards, programs and troubleshoots PLC/HMI and PID controllers, performs electrical calculations, supports production/service, writes manuals, and processes Engineering Change Notices while following ISO procedures.

Lead the company's training and development function for a manufacturing environment: design and deliver technical, safety, compliance, leadership, and onboarding programs; manage the LMS; assess training needs; track compliance and training records; support succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Assemble electrical components and heaters: mount and lay out parts, read schematics, follow parts lists and job routings, use hand/power/air tools, maintain clean workspace, and perform routine duties. Must lift up to 50 pounds and attend regularly.

Perform final assembly tasks using hand tools, cut wiring, run sealant, clean work areas, possibly perform brazing after training, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow company procedures and attendance requirements.

Lead and manage the Custom Cabinet department to fabricate environmental test chamber cabinets. Oversee staffing, assign daily work, enforce standardized procedures and safety, inspect assemblies, resolve quality issues, maintain KPIs, order supplies, track labor/timecards, document procedures, train employees, and handle disciplinary actions.

Provide technical sales support for quoting and ordering environmental test chambers. Use product knowledge and CRM/ERP systems to generate and follow up on quotes, ensure ISO compliance, coordinate with sales reps, regional managers, and manufacturing, and assist with factory acceptance visits and customer service.
