Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM Hybrid

$58,000 - $66,500

Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle  recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent that  supports ESPEC North America's business objectives. This position partners  with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, coordinate  interviews, extend employment offers, and provide exceptional candidate  experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and  company policies. The Recruiter also supports workforce planning initiatives,  employer branding, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes. This  role is responsible for filling positions—not creating company-wide recruiting  strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

· Manage the full-cycle recruitment  process for assigned exempt and non-exempt positions. 

· Meet with hiring managers to  understand staffing needs, required qualifications, and hiring timelines. 

· Create and post job advertisements  utilizing approved recruiting platforms. 

· Source candidates through job boards,  networking, employee referrals, social media, trade organizations, technical  schools, colleges, and community partnerships. 

· Screen resumes and conduct initial  candidate interviews to determine qualifications. 

· Coordinate interviews between  candidates and hiring managers. 

· Conduct reference checks and  employment verification as appropriate. 

· Prepare and extend employment offers  within established company guidelines. 

· Maintain regular communication with  candidates throughout the hiring process. 

Hiring Manager Partnership

· Provide hiring managers with  recruiting updates and hiring metrics. 

· Assist managers with interview  preparation and selection recommendations. 

· Support hiring managers in creating  accurate job descriptions and hiring profiles. 

· Help identify opportunities to improve  recruiting effectiveness and time-to-fill. 

Recruiting Operations

· Maintain accurate applicant records  within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 

· Ensure recruiting documentation  complies with company policy and employment regulations. 

· Assist with Affirmative Action Program  (AAP) recruiting initiatives and documentation. 

· Support recruiting reports and  employment metrics. 

· Participate in onboarding coordination  with Human Resources as needed. 

Employer Branding & Community Engagement

· Represent ESPEC at job fairs, career  events, technical schools, colleges, and community recruiting activities. 

· Develop relationships with educational  institutions and workforce development organizations. 

· Promote ESPEC as an employer of choice  through professional and engaging candidate interactions. 

Other Responsibilities

· Participate in HR projects and  continuous improvement initiatives. 

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· Equivalent education and relevant recruiting experience may be considered.

Experience

·   Three (3) or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 

·  Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred. 

·   Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 

·  Experience recruiting both hourly manufacturing and salaried professional positions preferred.

·   Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws. 

·   Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. 

·   Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·   Strong organizational and time management abilities. 

·   Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. 

·   Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. 

·   Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. 

·   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS software
