Lead a customer success team to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and account growth. Oversee post-sales support, monitor CSAT/NPS/product adoption, collaborate cross-functionally, resolve escalations, and report insights to leadership to improve customer outcomes.

Assemble and wire final products using prints and ladder schematics. Use hand and power tools, tape measure, and tablet-based instructions. Perform wiring, conduit fill calculations, occasional brazing after training, maintain clean work area, follow LOTO procedures, and meet productivity and quality standards in a regular on-site schedule.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles: source, screen, interview, coordinate hiring, extend offers, maintain ATS records, support hiring managers, represent employer at recruiting events, and assist onboarding and recruiting operations.
