Performs final assembly of environmental test chambers using hand tools, conduit, wiring, insulation, and potentially brazing after training. Maintains clean work areas and follows safety and lockout/tagout procedures. The role requires standing, climbing ladders, using harnesses, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees work Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday overtime in a clean manufacturing environment.

Designs mechanical systems and sheet metal components for environmental test chambers. Creates basic parts, assemblies, flat patterns, concept drawings, and engineering documentation using Inventor and AutoCAD. Releases custom chamber modifications, maintains bill of material structures, follows engineering procedures and ISO standards, and applies design-for-manufacturing principles. Works under supervision, collaborates with production and engineering teams, solves practical problems, and maintains regular physical attendance.

Designs and develops electrical systems, schematics, panel layouts, assemblies, and drawings for environmental test chambers. The role modifies standard chamber designs, processes engineering change notices, performs basic electrical calculations, follows ISO and internal engineering standards, and creates cost-effective, manufacturable solutions. Works under supervision while collaborating with engineers, technicians, project managers, vendors, and production personnel.
