Serve as technical point of contact for custom environmental chamber projects, manage 2–3 projects with senior mentorship, perform design calculations, read electrical schematics, support production troubleshooting, learn refrigeration and PID control principles, ensure ISO compliance, and participate in customer and design reviews.

Manage and grow East Coast sales territory to meet regional revenue goals. Oversee and support sales representatives, prepare forecasts, maintain customer database, represent the company to customers, manage travel and expenses, provide product knowledge, organize regional events, and perform other duties as assigned. Extensive travel expected.

Perform final assembly of environmental test chambers using hand tools, bend/run conduit, cut wire, perform basic pipe insulation and cleanup. Follow safety procedures (LOTO), attend regularly, and complete other routine tasks; some brazing after on-site training.
