Lead development and maintenance of integrated QHSE systems, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments and audits, manage incident investigations, deliver training, monitor performance metrics, support emergency response, and drive continuous improvement across operational sites.

Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning models for localization, detection, classification, and video analysis. Prototype and integrate algorithms with edge hardware, translate models into production-quality Python code, implement data preprocessing and MLOps best practices, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, IT, and security teams on deployment, R&D planning, and commercialization.
