5. Oversee incident investigations and root cause analyses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
6. Establish and monitor key safety, quality, and environmental performance metrics across the organization.
7. Lead internal and external audits related to quality management, safety compliance, and environmental standards.
8. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness of QHSE policies and safe work practices.
9. Collaborate with operational and engineering teams to ensure safe and compliant processes are integrated into business operations.
10. Manage emergency response planning and crisis management procedures across operational facilities.
11. Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
12. Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement initiatives and leadership involvement.
13. Evaluate new projects, equipment, and operational changes to ensure QHSE compliance.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) or equivalent are preferred
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management
• Proven experience in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance audits
• Experience in developing QHSE policies, procedures, and training programs
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards
