Facilitate Scrum events, coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement, remove impediments, improve delivery flow, and partner with Product Owners and Solution Managers on backlog readiness and transparency. The role requires at least three years of Scrum Master experience, fluent English, and occasional travel to Vienna.

The role involves hands-on frontend, backend, or full-stack engineering; automated testing, CI/CD, observability, secure coding, architecture modernization, incident resolution, and technical dependency coordination. Engineers are expected to broaden their capabilities toward T-shaped product ownership and leverage AI-assisted engineering.

Administer and operate mission-critical Oracle database platforms across development, testing, and production. Responsibilities include configuration, patching, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, security, incident response, high availability, disaster recovery, automation, observability, and collaboration with database, platform, and application teams.
