Partner with business leaders to shape workforce strategy, advise on full employee lifecycle, execute central HR processes, design tailored engagement and transformation initiatives, use HR data to inform decisions, and promote inclusive, tech-focused HR solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and AI automation using Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD and Python. Build internal developer platform capabilities and AI-powered solutions (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, vector DBs). Ensure observability, SLO-based reliability, secure secrets handling, incident response, and automation of runbooks. Mentor engineers and drive platform engineering best practices.
