Develop and maintain Java-based transpiler and compiler components that convert legacy Natural source code into modern Spring Boot applications. Build AST, IR, parsing, lowering, code generation, and REST service components. Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot translation defects, support Maven builds and CI pipelines, and collaborate with architects and downstream teams on operational readiness and software quality.

Supports business and technical requirements analysis for investment and insurance digital solutions. Helps create specifications, acceptance criteria, documentation, and analyze REST APIs, interfaces, and data flows. Collaborates with analysts, developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders, while supporting testing, FAT/UAT, and quality assurance. The role gradually assumes ownership of smaller analysis topics and uses AI tools for analysis and documentation.

Leads the development of cyber exposure and assurance capabilities across Erste Digital and the wider Group. Oversees exposure discovery, prioritization, monitoring, security advisory, offensive testing, responsible disclosure, and control validation. Translates technical findings, compliance gaps, and architectural debt into actionable remediation guidance and informed risk decisions. Builds relationships with technology owners, management, assurance teams, and Group entities while leading people, improving service maturity, and creating scalable security blueprints and testing patterns.
