Lead the ServiceNow platform department and its strategic, technical, and operational evolution. Establish governance, software delivery standards, CMDB policies, agile practices, and a clear platform roadmap. Manage Product Owners, engineering teams, vendors, implementation partners, budgets, licenses, and external spend while ensuring platform reliability, scalability, data quality, and sustainable delivery across enterprise IT and business functions.

Supports test management and reporting through manual test execution, documentation, testcase portfolio maintenance, bug reporting, and retesting. Participates in team meetings and communicates with other teams. The role is designed for a Slovak university student working 20 hours per week, with fluent English and an interest in learning software testing. Technical troubleshooting and bug analysis experience is advantageous.

Designs and maintains automation for Oracle platforms and infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash. Builds CI/CD pipelines and self-service tooling, improves reliability and resilience, and operates highly available Oracle environments using RAC, Data Guard, and RMAN. Leads incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, disaster recovery validation, observability improvements, capacity planning, and operational readiness. Provides technical guidance, supports platform modernization, and promotes DevOps and SRE practices across enterprise production environments.
