Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and valet; support meal service, after-school traffic/parking, office admin, campus beautification, safety procedures, family communications, and special projects as assigned.

Manage front office daily operations: reception, phone and mail handling, student intake and recordkeeping, inventory and mail coordination, event support, translation for families (IEP meetings), assist operations manager and principal with projects, and maintain confidentiality and communication with staff and families.

Provide small-group and 1:1 targeted literacy intervention, assist the Literacy Intervention Teacher, prepare materials, administer/formative assessments (DIBELS, i-Ready), supervise students during transitions, participate in family engagement and professional development, and support data collection and positive discipline.

Lead instructional improvement through coaching, observations, professional development, and data-informed strategies. Support inclusive practices, special education and emergent bilingual learners, design PD, mentor teachers to boost retention, and serve on the school leadership team, supervising staff and acting on the Principal's behalf as assigned.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the Network Office, including reception, mail and vendor coordination, supply and facilities management, invoice and reimbursement processing, calendar and travel coordination, data entry, event logistics, and support for Talent, Operations, and Schools teams. Maintain records, assist with conference room scheduling, and translate written materials from the CEO's office.

Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group structured literacy interventions for middle school students, analyze assessment data to guide instruction, coach teachers through professional development, engage families, and support school-wide literacy systems to improve reading outcomes.

Support school leadership in student and family communications, restorative practices, and student safety. Supervise students during transitions, manage behavior interventions and referrals, assist with student health and medication administration, and support staff in implementing school culture systems.

Support students with IEPs through small-group instruction, push-in support, reading intervention, and behavior management. Collaborate with teachers and families, conduct assessments, implement ABA-informed strategies, assist with adaptive needs, and participate in professional development to maintain school culture and safety.
