Teams at Equitas Academy Charter Schools

Leads daily school operations, including compliance, enrollment, front office services, facilities, budgeting, purchasing, attendance, safety procedures, events, lunch programs, and family communication. Supervises office, nutrition, safety, and housekeeping staff while implementing efficient operational systems and supporting a positive school culture. The role also manages student records, coordinates repairs and emergency response, and provides English/Spanish translation for families and events.

Manages expanded learning programs across elementary and middle school sites, including academic and enrichment offerings, aftercare integration, data tracking, assessment, staff supervision, partner coordination, family communication, compliance, safety, and facility scheduling. The role monitors program outcomes, supports student inclusion, trains staff, addresses behavioral needs, and ensures programs align with school and network priorities.

Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and valet; support meal service, after-school traffic/parking, office admin, campus beautification, safety procedures, family communications, and special projects as assigned.
