Support teachers by implementing lesson plans, leading leveled reading groups, administering academic assessments, providing math and reading instruction, supervising students during lunch and meetings, participating in professional development, enforcing positive discipline policies, communicating with staff and parents, and performing other duties to maximize student achievement.

Manage front office daily operations: reception, phone and mail handling, student intake and recordkeeping, inventory and mail coordination, event support, translation for families (IEP meetings), assist operations manager and principal with projects, and maintain confidentiality and communication with staff and families.

Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and valet; support meal service, after-school traffic/parking, office admin, campus beautification, safety procedures, family communications, and special projects as assigned.
