Provide individualized support to students with disabilities per their IEP, including wheelchair and toileting assistance, feeding, classroom push-in support, small-group instruction, reading interventions, academic assessments, and adaptive curriculum modifications. Collaborate with teachers, participate in professional development, maintain safety/behavior expectations, communicate with families, and perform assigned duties to support student learning and wellbeing.

Support teachers by implementing lesson plans, leading leveled reading groups, administering academic assessments, providing math and reading instruction, supervising students during lunch and meetings, participating in professional development, enforcing positive discipline policies, communicating with staff and parents, and performing other duties to maximize student achievement.

Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and valet; support meal service, after-school traffic/parking, office admin, campus beautification, safety procedures, family communications, and special projects as assigned.
