Lead manufacturing engineering to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and compliance. Manage sustaining and NPI engineering, validations, facilities maintenance, root-cause investigations, continuous improvement, vendor management, capacity studies, and mentor technical teams to reduce downtime and enhance operations.

Coordinate logistics, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs. Manage calendars, LMS records, A/V setup, reporting, and stakeholder communication to support onboarding, compliance, and continuous learning.

Manage territory sales of medical and laboratory equipment by building customer relationships, meeting quotas, coordinating installs/training, supporting channel partners, using Salesforce for forecasts, monitoring competition, and attending trade shows. Role includes ~25% overnight travel.
