Teams at Engrain

Lead Engrain’s accounting operations and seven-person team while scaling reporting, close, billing, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, tax, and revenue recognition. Modernize Finance through AI, automation, workflow redesign, and systems integration across NetSuite, Salesforce, and related platforms. Strengthen controls, data governance, compliance, and auditability; accelerate close and reporting; manage auditors and financial partners; and advise business leaders on scalable financial capabilities.

Own product strategy and execution for Engrain’s Atlas platform, translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and shipped features. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and Leadership to modernize the platform, manage technical debt, validate APIs and data integrations, and deliver customer-facing improvements. Use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to prototype workflows and improve engineering handoffs. Define success metrics and support go-to-market launches.
