Directs nursing services and resident care in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Responsibilities include leading nursing operations, monitoring clinical quality, supporting documentation and care planning, maintaining regulatory readiness, developing staff, coordinating staffing, and addressing clinical concerns. Requires an Ohio RN license, nursing leadership experience, knowledge of long-term care regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Lead the nursing department at a skilled nursing and long-term care facility, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Supervise and develop nursing staff, monitor clinical outcomes and care plans, support staffing and retention, lead quality improvement initiatives, collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, and prepare for state and federal surveys.
