Remote MDS RN will complete, review, and audit MDS assessments for CMS and state compliance, analyze PDPM and Case Mix for reimbursement optimization, improve Quality Measures, partner with interdisciplinary teams, provide education, manage documentation in EMR/MDS software, and support compliance initiatives.

Lead nursing and clinical operations at an 82-bed skilled nursing facility, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality and infection prevention initiatives, recruit and develop staff, oversee ventilator and memory care programs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.
