Lead on-site execution of hybrid solar and wind energy projects, coordinating contractors, resources, schedules, quality, safety, testing, commissioning, handover, and regulatory compliance. The role manages HSE standards, QA/QC processes, documentation, audits, incident investigations, statutory requirements, client approvals, and project reporting while ensuring timely and compliant project delivery.

Lead end-to-end land acquisition and aggregation for renewable energy projects across Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. Responsibilities include land due diligence, ownership verification, negotiations, leasing, agreements, registrations, NA conversion, right-of-way coordination, statutory approvals, government liaison, stakeholder engagement, grievance resolution, risk mitigation, and maintaining parcel-level records, GIS/KML data, trackers, and management reports. Prepare techno-commercial proposals, solar system layouts, bills of material, single-line diagrams, detailed engineering documentation, and as-built drawings. Create, review, revise, organize, and submit accurate CAD drawings for ground- and roof-mounted solar projects while coordinating with business development, engineering, project teams, customers, engineers, and project managers.

Manage operations and maintenance for rooftop and utility-scale solar PV plants, maximizing uptime, generation, efficiency, safety, and compliance. Monitor plant performance through SCADA and diagnostic platforms, resolve electrical and mechanical faults, conduct root cause analyses, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise technicians and contractors, manage vendors, warranties, documentation, customer complaints, spares, inventories, and performance KPIs.

Owns sales and business development for Enerparc across Delhi NCR, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities include generating and converting leads, achieving order-booking and margin targets, developing techno-commercial solutions, negotiating EPC/PPA contracts, managing client relationships through project handover, developing channel partners, maintaining ERP sales data, attending industry events, and supporting internal stakeholders.

Coordinates with customers, project management, supply chain, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely project documentation and handover.

Manage project QA/QC documentation, material quality reviews, inspections, testing schedules, audits, non-compliance reporting, and adherence to applicable codes and standards. Coordinate site quality inspectors, contractors, suppliers, third-party agencies, factory acceptance tests, and internal and external audits. Support quality improvements and ensure teams follow established quality manuals, procedures, and project specifications, primarily within solar or renewable energy projects.

Manage end-to-end procurement for large-scale ground-mounted solar projects, including sourcing equipment, materials, services, and logistics. Responsibilities include vendor identification and approval, quotation evaluation, negotiations, SAP purchase orders, inventory coordination, documentation, reconciliation, reporting, and delivery tracking. The role also provides pre-bid costing inputs, manages domestic logistics, supports cross-functional teams, and ensures ISO and procurement documentation compliance.

Owns sales and business development for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, generating and converting leads, achieving booking and margin targets, developing client and channel-partner relationships, negotiating EPC/PPA orders, coordinating techno-commercial proposals, maintaining ERP sales data, supporting project handover, and representing Enerparc at external events.

Oversee operations and maintenance of rooftop and utility-scale solar PV plants to maximize uptime, generation, efficiency, and compliance. Monitor plant data using SCADA and diagnostic tools, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, conduct root-cause analyses, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Manage vendors, customers, technicians, contractors, spare parts, warranty claims, documentation, audits, complaints, and performance KPIs including plant availability and performance ratio.

Designs and engineers wind power systems, including electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, equipment sizing, SCADA architecture, substations, bill of materials, and plant performance verification. Analyzes wind patterns and energy generation using WindPRO or OpenWind, reviews vendor designs, supports grid compliance, prepares engineering and as-built documentation, and coordinates with customers, vendors, project teams, site personnel, and operations and maintenance teams.

Manage the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, vendor payments, reconciliations, statutory payments, compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI and FEMA requirements, reporting, audits, and month-end close support. Lead and develop the accounts payable team, maintain policies and controls, resolve vendor and business queries, and coordinate with internal stakeholders, banks, and vendors.

Prospect and qualify potential solar-industry customers across Southern India. Build target databases, initiate contact with decision-makers through calls, virtual meetings, email, and social media, understand customer needs, schedule meetings for regional business development heads, nurture leads, track handoffs, and support conversion targets. This desk-based individual contributor role may progress into business development within two years.

Designs, integrates, validates, and troubleshoots SCADA, monitoring, and control systems for solar, wind, hybrid, and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include specifying equipment, developing network and control architectures, integrating inverters and meters, preparing technical documentation, supporting procurement and commissioning, ensuring power plant controller compliance, and coordinating with suppliers, site engineers, and O&M teams. The role also provides technical support and requires travel to project sites across India.
