Owns sales and business development for onsite and offsite renewable energy solutions across Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities include pipeline development, EPC and PPA deal closure, techno-commercial solutioning, open access approvals, key account management, channel development, forecasting, market representation, and leadership of a Business Development Executive. The role requires extensive regional travel and coordination with engineering, projects, finance, and legal teams.

Oversee financial operations for solar projects and corporate entities, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project finance, treasury, audits, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and cost management. The role manages SPV consolidations, lender and investor relationships, cash flow, financing activities, asset registers, and collaboration with procurement and EPC teams.

Responsible for detailed electrical engineering of ground- and roof-mounted solar projects, including system sizing, layouts, single-line diagrams, SCADA architecture, performance estimation, bills of material, as-built drawings, and plant handover documentation. Coordinates with customers, project teams, supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure accurate and timely engineering deliverables. Requires solar design expertise and proficiency with PVSYST, Helioscope, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and MS Office.
