Perform nondestructive testing across industrial, mining, energy, and heavy-industry projects using methods such as PAUT, UT, RT, MT, and PT. Technicians must hold relevant Level 2 certifications, safety and radiation credentials, and an unrestricted Australian work right. The role requires working at heights and in confined spaces, operating independently or within teams, communicating effectively, and maintaining strong health, safety, and environmental standards. IRATA rope access certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, managing client communication and reporting, preparing cost, schedule, and resource estimates, developing mechanical and structural solutions, and coordinating equipment mobilizations. Candidates need project delivery experience, strong organizational skills, and at least an HND in a relevant engineering discipline. An engineering degree and project management qualification are preferred.

The Engineering Graduate supports engineering and operational activities across energy and industrial projects through structured rotations. Responsibilities include maintaining, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing mechanical equipment; supporting mobilization, scheduling, resource planning, risk assessments, and safe work systems; interpreting drawings, specifications, calculations, and client requirements; and collaborating with engineering, operations, project management, and procurement teams. The program provides hands-on exposure to cranes, lifting, hydraulics, process services, and field operations while developing technical, commercial, project, and safety capabilities.
