Deliver engineering projects for the Cranes and Lifting department from kickoff through final account. Responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, managing client communication and reporting, preparing cost, schedule, and resource estimates, developing mechanical and structural solutions, and coordinating equipment mobilizations. Candidates need project delivery experience, strong organizational skills, and at least an HND in a relevant engineering discipline. An engineering degree and project management qualification are preferred.

Supports engineering and operational activities across energy and industrial projects through structured rotations and hands-on learning. Responsibilities include maintaining, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and preparing mechanical equipment; supporting mobilization, project schedules, resource planning, risk assessments, and deployment activities; interpreting drawings and specifications; and collaborating with engineering, operations, procurement, and project teams.
