Provide commercial support across UK and regional projects: manage project commercial performance, analyse costs and revenue forecasts, prepare cost reports, support contract variations, manage subcontracts and purchase orders, and ensure timely invoicing and cash collection to protect project margins.

Identify, pursue and secure profitable commercial opportunities for Energy Solutions across Europe. Build and manage a visible sales pipeline, lead customer engagement, contribute to bid strategy and account management, represent EnerMech at industry events, and champion cross-selling of technical capabilities.

Lead end-to-end development, review, and approval of detailed cost estimates for complex tenders. Provide commercial analysis, cost modelling, risk assessments, and pricing strategies. Maintain estimating standards, databases, benchmarks and BOE processes. Liaise with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, present to approval committees, mentor estimating teams, and support bid strategy, supplier evaluation, cash flow modelling, and contract handovers.

Provide engineering oversight and support across mechanical services, including valves and pressure testing, ensuring compliance with standards and client specifications.

The Trade Assistant supports tradespeople by managing equipment in the yard, operates forklifts for deliveries, and maintains equipment records.

EnerMech seeks experienced Nitrogen Technicians for projects, responsible for operating and monitoring liquid nitrogen equipment, ensuring safety, and conducting maintenance.

Manage and deliver assigned onshore and offshore engineering projects from kickoff to close-out, controlling schedules, budgets, documentation, subcontractors, and risks while representing the company on site.
