Provides day-to-day client and field crew support for process and industrial service contracts. Coordinates maintenance and operations activities, attends planning meetings, supports mobilisation readiness and schedule compliance, and provides first-line technical assistance for offshore work. Requires operational experience in process services, including nitrogen pumping, flange management, bolting, leak testing, and purging, along with strong safety, customer service, commercial, and technical awareness.

Coordinates lifting operations administration, including offshore and RLIC pass applications, visa and medical renewals, crew mobilization, transportation, travel bookings, timesheets, payroll submissions, job files, procurement documents, client and vendor registrations, invoicing support, and onboarding tracking. The role works closely with HR, operations, technical sales, clients, vendors, crew, and payroll teams in support of offshore activities in Qatar.

Leads enterprise business systems demand management, portfolio governance, application changes, resource planning, reporting, and technology planning. Coordinates stakeholders, project managers, support providers, and technical teams while overseeing risks, budgets, benefits, capacity, and delivery performance. Facilitates executive governance forums, supports business cases and roadmap development, and drives continuous improvement across PMO processes and controls.
