Provide legal operations and administrative support for a public, international energy company: manage entity formation and compliance, maintain corporate records and IP logs, draft and review routine contracts, coordinate contract execution and board meetings, support public-company filings and litigation, administer DocuSign and notarizations, and manage legal form libraries and deadline systems.

Lead the development and commercialization of next-generation hydrogen-based energy systems, guiding technology from concept to deployment while overseeing project engineering and compliance.

Lead design of data center power architecture (up to ~50MW) from utility interconnection to IT load. Own reliability philosophy, substations, MV/LV distribution, DER/BESS/PV integration, protection/control, FMEA, studies, commissioning oversight, utility interconnection, and lifecycle support across projects and stakeholders.
