Lead design of data center power architecture (up to ~50MW) from utility interconnection to IT load. Own reliability philosophy, substations, MV/LV distribution, DER/BESS/PV integration, protection/control, FMEA, studies, commissioning oversight, utility interconnection, and lifecycle support across projects and stakeholders.

The Project Development Director oversees the development of energy storage and generation projects, ensuring compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Assist in designing and verifying tests for power electronics systems, simulating controls, and collaborating on project requirements in a power systems context.

Lead structuring and negotiation of project and corporate financings for renewable, battery storage, and data center projects. Draft and negotiate financing and security documents, coordinate lender diligence, advise on tax equity and IRA compliance, support refinancings and corporate debt, and provide bankability review for commercial contracts. Manage multiple transactions to financial close and advise senior leadership.

Lead electrical engineering for utility-scale and behind-the-meter projects focusing on HV/MV substations and electrical balance of plant. Own design basis, review electrical packages and studies, specify major equipment, coordinate generator OEM interfaces, manage utility interconnection, support procurement, construction, commissioning, energization, and ensure design quality and compliance.

Lead execution of EPC energy storage and utility-scale projects, managing contracts, schedules, costs, safety, commissioning, stakeholders, logistics, and project closeout while building scalable processes.

Lead the development and commercialization of next-generation hydrogen-based energy systems, guiding technology from concept to deployment while overseeing project engineering and compliance.
