Manages day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for corporate and project entities. Responsibilities include general ledger close and consolidation, financial statements, account reconciliations, audit coordination, GAAP research, complex transaction accounting, accounts payable, tax support, project cost tracking, cash and AP reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional accounting support.

Manage project accounting across energy storage projects from setup through closeout. Prepare cost reports, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, EACs, billing support, cash flow forecasts, and percentage-of-completion revenue schedules. Maintain NetSuite project data, documentation, audit trails, and controls while supporting CAPEX/OPEX tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and audit readiness. Partner with project delivery, FP&A, and finance stakeholders to improve accuracy and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead legal structuring and negotiation for renewable energy, battery storage, and data center project financings. Manage construction loans, term debt, tax equity, back-leverage, permanent financing, credit agreements, security packages, lender diligence, and financial closings. Advise on IRA tax credits, corporate finance, entity structures, governance, and commercial contract bankability. Manage multiple transactions independently while providing practical risk allocation and senior-level negotiation support.
